Orders placed on the purchasing section of the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site will be passed to the customers chosen dealer. The orders and purchases made will therefore by governed by the Terms and Conditions of the dealer who has been selected to process the order.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site. The changes will apply to the use of the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site. Registration
To register with dentsplyrewards.co.uk you must be a registered dental professional working in a high street dental practice in the UK or Northern Ireland which is not part of one of the following corporate groups: ADP, JD Hull, IDH or Oasis. We are also not able to offer access for customers in Dental Schools or community clinics.

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Password and Security
When you register to use the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting DENTSPLY Rewards Helpdesk immediately.

If dentsplyrewards.co.uk has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the DENTSPLY Rewards site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

Orders placed on the site
All product orders placed on the 'Shop DENTSPLY' purchasing section of the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site will be transferred to the customers dealer of choice. Once transferred, these orders will be subject to the selected dealers Terms and Conditions.

DENTSPLY will endeavour to ensure that all orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays are passed to your nominated Dealer that day

Rights of Sole Discretion

Recommend a colleague Terms and Conditions
If you recommend a Dental colleague to register on the site for the first time DENTSPLY will upon registration and receipt of their first order with a minimum value exceeding £20 award you Rewards to the value of £10. The registrant will also receive an additional £10 of rewards for that order.

DENTSPLY Rewards £ Terms and Conditions
Your use of DENTSPLY Rewards £ indicates your agreement to be bound by these DENTSPLY Rewards £ Terms and Conditions.

The DENTSPLY Reward £ sign and subsequent figure indicates a corresponding value in GBR £ that can be used for redemption purposes when ordering DENTSPLY products on this website. DENTSPLY Reward £s have no cash monetary value and can only be redeemed through this website against DENTSPLY products or courses. DENTSPLY Reward £s are not transferrable across accounts.

DENTSPLY reserves the right to withdraw any product from the DENTSPLY Rewards website at any time and we may refuse to process any transfer order or transaction at any time at our sole discretion.

DENTSPLY reserves the right to amend or cancel without prior notice any existing offers.

Using DENTSPLY Rewards £
DENTSPLY Rewards £ can only be used online at www.dentsplyrewards.co.uk subject to these terms and conditions, and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of DENTSPLY Rewards £.

DENTSPLY Rewards £ is redeemed against product by using the Rewards section of the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site only. The reward product from DENTSPLY will only be issued after payment for the product which was purchased to gain the DENTSPLY Rewards £ is received by the customers chosen dealer. In the event that the order of product is cancelled or returned for credit through the dealer, DENTSPLY UK reserve the right to remove the DENTSPLY Rewards £ from the customers account for the value associated with the ordered product.

DENTSPLY UK are unable to exchange or accept any returns for products purchased using your DENTSPLY Reward £'s unless there is a fault with the product

DENTSPLY UK reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a DENTSPLY Rewards £ for any reason at any time.

Distribution of DENTSPLY Rewards £
DENTSPLY Rewards £ are, and remain at all times, the property of DENTSPLY UK

The right to use a DENTSPLY Reward is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred.

Permitted usage of DENTSPLY Rewards £
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of issue of the DENTSPLY Rewards:

Each issued DENTSPLY Rewards £ will be valid for use by a recipient only once,

DENTSPLY Rewards £ may not be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.

DENTSPLY Rewards £ cannot be exchanged for cash.

Maximum limits on Rewards accounts and validity of Rewards:
The maximum amount of DENTSPLY Rewards pounds any customer can hold in their account is £3,000. If any order takes the Reward balance over £3,000 the extra Reward pounds will be credited to the account but no further Rewards may be earned until the account is brought back under the £3,000 limit.

Once an account is brought below the limit the account will from that point forward benefit from the addition of DENTSPLY Rewards pounds in the normal way.

Should an account exceed £2,500 the account holder will be notified by a splash message in the basket where a request is made to place a redemption order to reduce the balance of the account.

Validity of Rewards pounds.
Please note that DENTSPLY Rewards are valid for a period of two years from the date of issue. Rewards not redeemed within this period will expire and will no longer be valid.

DENTSPLY Returns Policy
All items purchased through your chosen dealer are subject to your chosen dealers Terms and Conditions. You must inform the DENTSPLY helpdesk of any returned orders to your dealer. DENTSPLY UK reserves the right to remove any reward £'s earned on cancelled orders.

DENTSPLY UK are unable to exchange or accept any returns for products purchased using your DENTSPLY Reward £'s unless there is a fault with a product. Please ensure you are happy with your DENTSPLY Reward purchase before confirming your order.

Security and Fraud
When you use a DENTSPLY Rewards £ you warrant to DENTSPLY UK that you are the duly authorised recipient of the DENTSPLY Rewards £ and that you are using it in good faith.

If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of DENTSPLY Rewards £ to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.

If we reasonably believe that any DENTSPLY Rewards £ is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any DENTSPLY Rewards £ and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. DENTSPLY reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.

Limitation of Liability
All purchases on the site will be transferred to the customers selected dealer of choice. Once the order has been transferred, the order is subject to the dealer's terms and conditions of sale. The chosen dealer will invoice the customer.

The customer will receive the associated DENTSPLY Rewards £ which are advertised on the purchasing section when they make a purchase. DENTSPLY UK reserve the right to add to or amend the products available to purchase on this website and the reward values associated with each product.

DENTSPLY Rewards can only be redeemed once the customer has made a purchase. DENTSPLY UK will check that the customer has paid their invoice with their chosen before issuing the product redeemed with the DENTSPLY Rewards £.

DENTSPLY UK shall not be liable to any customer or practice for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any DENTSPLY Reward £ or any failure or inability of a customer or practice to use a DENTSPLY Rewards £ for any reason.

Miscellaneous
DENTSPLY UK reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any DENTSPLY Rewards £ at any time without notice.

The failure of DENTSPLY UK to take any action in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of their enforceability. DENTSPLY UK reserves its rights in respect of these terms and conditions at all times.

Availability of the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site
Although DENTSPLY aims to offer you the best service possible, dentsplyrewards.co.uk makes no promise that the services at the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site will meet your requirements. dentsplyrewards.co.uk cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the Helpdesk at helpdesk@dentsplyrewards.co.uk or by telephone at +44 (0)845 6436684 and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. dentsplyrewards.co.uk will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.

dentsplyrewards.co.uk right to suspend or cancel your registration
dentsplyrewards.co.uk may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel this agreement at any time by informing us via e-mail or in writing. If you do so, you must stop using the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site.

The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the dentsplyrewards.co.uk Site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.
