	Why do I have to create an account? You only need to create an account when you want to complete a purchase. This enables us to pass your order through to your preferred dealer and also provide you with DENTSPLY Rewards £ to spend on DENTSPLY products.
	What happens if I don’t already have an account with a dealer? It doesn’t matter if you don’t already have an account with a dealer, once you have completed your purchases a representative will contact you to create your account.
	Who can use this website? Dentsplyrewards.co.uk is only open to High Street Dental Practices based in the UK (including Northern Ireland) who are not part of one of the following corporate groups: ADP, JD Hull, IDH or Oasis. We are also not able to offer access for customers in Dental Schools.
	What does DRP mean? DRP is DENTSPLY's reward price excluding VAT. Although this price will show on your orders you will be invoiced at the price that you would normally receive from your chosen dealer including your normal practice discount. If you are unsure what your normal price should be from your dealer, please contact your chosen dealer with your practice information.
	How can I get information on the products? You can contact the helpdesk on 0845 643 6684 and they will connect you to a product specialist to discuss your queries.
	Why can't I see my Reward Balance? You need to be logged in to see your Reward balance. If you are logged in already and have no balance showing this could be because you have not yet made a purchase. If you believe your balance is incorrect please contact the helpdesk on 0845 643 6684.
	How do I redeem my Rewards? You can redeem your DENTSPLY Rewards balance by logging into your account and clicking 'start shopping'. Click 'Redeem rewards' next to any product to add it to your basket and then checkout. Rewards can only be redeemed once you have made a purchase.
	How do I place orders with different dealers? You can only change your preferred dealer by editing your profile in the My Account section.
	What price will I be invoiced? All orders placed on this website will be transferred to your selected dealer of choice. Your dealer will then invoice you at the price that you would normally receive from them, including your normal practice discount. If you are unsure what your normal price should be from your dealer, please contact your chosen dealer with your practice information.
	Will I still receive my normal discount through my chosen dealer? All orders placed on this website will be transferred to your selected dealer of choice. Your dealer will then invoice you at the price that you would normally receive from them, including your normal practice discount. You will not receive your additional on-line ordering discount given to you by your dealer when you order on their website.
